Permodo chooses the best in-app creation

Around 800 participants from the media industry voted: The media agency pilot has developed the best in-app campaign in 2023 for its client Le Creuset. The creative idea was developed by Beaufort 8. Permodo, the Ströer Group's mobile specialist, called on advertisers and agencies to vote for the "Ad of the Year". From around 2000 special productions that were played out on Permodo's mobile inventory in 2023, 15 ads made it onto the shortlist. In the online voting, 31 percent voted for the swipe ad from Le Creuset's "Color your Day" campaign.

Le Creuset has been a manufacturer of iconic colorful cast iron cookware since 1925. For the traditional French brand Le Creuset, it was important to stand out from the competition, grow digitally and extend its reach beyond its loyal customers and reach a new audience in the digital age. The swipe ad, which the agency pilot implemented for Le Creuset together with Permodo, allowed users to immerse themselves directly in the Le Creuset world and interact with the brand during the cozy season. It wasn't just the swipe ad that users made active use of. Compared to the average CTR, the key figure for the swipe ad shows the extraordinary interest of users in the campaign.

In addition to the "Ad of the Year" award, the planning team of the winning ad can look forward to an award and a media budget of 15,000 euros.
